Perfect accompaniment to vegetarian dishes - try it drizzled over warmed haloumi or goats cheese or pour over rocket leaves adorned with feta cheese for a sweet, peppery flavour. Mix with beansprouts, couscous or mixed beans for use in wraps or pitta bread. Toss some in with new potatoes or baby carrots to give a lovely glaze and added sweetness. Absolutely delicious with slices of fresh melon or strawberries.
