POST & PACKING CHARGES:
We will download your order during normal office hours (which may be the next working day for orders placed after lunchtime), and we will will aim to post it out as soon as possible depending on the required items and availability.
For hampers, you are able to select a 'preferred' date for delivery. If you select this, we'll aim to have your parcel dispatched the day before this date, where possible, If fresh goods are ordered, we work around their availablity for you.
DPD send emails and text messages to keep you informed on the status of your delivery, and will leave a card if the recipient is out.
If you have ordered an iced celebration cake, please allow us plenty of time to make and decorate your cake. We also require 1 full day for the icing to set.
Please note that although we will always endeavour to arrange to have your order delivered in time for your 'preferred date for delivery', we can’t guarantee delivery for a specific date or time.

DPD Courier UK delivery of a parcel with content up to 30kg:
Saturday & Sunday delivery excludes Highlands and Islands, and are dispatched on a FRIDAY ONLY.
UK Royal Mail
Small Parcels can be posted via Royal Mail First Class, where the weight allows, as an option.
Highlands, Islands & Ireland
All orders to Northern Ireland, Ireland and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man are charged at £17.50 per parcel.
International - DPD Classic
Parcels up to 30kg can be posted to the following countries for a fixed charge:

We can now post parcels up to 5Kg to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Ukraine. If your parcel is below 5Kg, the option will show as a shipping choice in the checkout.

Please note that parcels may require a signature on receipt. If there is no-one at home, a card is left by the delivery company, and a second attempt will be made.
If a parcel is returned to us because there have been a number of failed attempted deliveries, we will offer to resend the parcel but there will be an additional charge for the postage and new packaging should it be required.
Please note that it is not the fault or responsibility of Botham's of Whitby if the recipient is not in to receive the parcel.
In some countries import tax and duties may have to be paid by the recipient on delivery.
